Returns Policy

We are now offering a 7 Day FREE returns policy on all orders!

For free returns, the following applies:

• Items must be purchased on a tracked & insured delivery service
• Items purchased on free delivery cannot be refunded as they are not insured during delivery
• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be returned in an undamaged state, including unworn and unwashed
• The item must pass a blacklight hygiene inspection
• The packaging must be returned with the item, also in an undamaged and reusable state
• A full refund will be processed, via the payment method the order was placed using
• Loaded+ Subscription orders cannot be returned
• The cost of your original delivery charge cannot be refunded.

For returns after 7 days, up to 14 days the following criteria applies:

• Items must be purchased on a tracked & insured delivery service
• Items purchased on free delivery cannot be refunded as they are not insured during delivery
• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• The item must be returned in an undamaged state, including unworn and unwashed
• The item must pass a blacklight hygiene inspection
• The packaging must be returned with the item, also in an undamaged and reusable state
• A refund will be processed, via the payment method the order was placed using, minus a £3 returns and restock charge.
• Loaded+ Subscription orders cannot be returned
• The cost of your original delivery charge cannot be refunded.

The decision to refund if based on the hygiene inspection, and state of the packaging as it arrived at our address. All refund decisions are final and there is no right to appeal.
