When you subscribe your card will be billed each month on the same day.
You will be billed the subscription value plus any enhanced postage options you choose.
You can cancel at any time.
All items sent are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We will send you premium items of the category you chose for your subscription each month. We promise to never send you old stock, end of line items or more than one of the same item in any one year.
The value of the items we send will sometime be greater than the cost of your subscription. The value of the items we send will sometime be lower than the cost of your subscription. Additionally this may occur when items are on periodic sales or discounts. We guarantee that over a year the total value of your products will exceed the cost of your subscription.
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription from your account page if you wish to cancel.

Love receiving my new underwear every month. I see the subscription leave my bank account and a few days later an amazing ‘package’ arrives at my door. I rip it open to find out what is underneath and have to instantly strip off to try them on which can be tricky as the front door is glass. That said the postie hasn’t complained yet and never seeems in a rush. 😜. Thank you Loaded for brightening up my month and making me feel confident and sexy.
